Explain the differences that matter.
Our guides focus on concrete planning questions, policy distinctions, and useful next steps. A statement about a coverage category is not a promise about every product in that category.
Make sources visible.
Guides link to insurer, administrator, regulator, and insurance education sources. Where product terms differ, we direct readers to the actual policy or provider. The source-check date records when the cited material was consulted for the guide, not a guarantee that terms have remained unchanged.
Keep examples honest.
Examples are hypothetical unless explicitly identified otherwise. We do not invent customer stories, testimonials, prices, carrier appointments, or claims outcomes. Site photographs are AI-generated illustrative scenes, not photographs of customers or evidence of claims.
Separate commercial information from education.
The site currently provides educational content and an email route to specialist assistance. External provider research links are not affiliate links. A specialist may receive compensation if an insurance policy is subsequently arranged; ask the responsible intermediary about compensation and the markets considered.
Review dates have a meaning.
A source availability check is different from a substantive review of its content. Retrieval timestamps must not be described as fresh verification of policy details. Material corrections should update the affected explanation and its review record.
Corrections and limitations.
Send the page address, questioned statement, and supporting source through our correction contact. This website is not represented as independently reviewed by a named licensed specialist. Policy wording, exclusions, and state requirements control actual decisions.
